Twenty-two out of a total of 52 luxurious villas in the first collection of Private Homes at One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius have already been sold, says Richard Haller, Director of Pam Golding Mauritius. The exclusive homes are sold on a freehold basis, with buyers investing in US$375 000 or more in real estate under the country’s Property Development Scheme automatically eligible for a permanent residency permit.
